Reginald Wilmore founded his construction company in 2003. He began his construction company because he was not satisfied with the quality of a new home he recently purchased. He believed he could produce a better product. During a seven year period he focused on new construction of single family homes in communities such as; Dalinda Estates, Winterset Valley, Richardson Ranch and Shadow Glenn.

His emphasis was on implementing new and innovative technology through the use of materials and outstanding craftsmanship in an effort to provide quality at an exceptional value. 

He entered the construction business building spec homes in the price range of $180,000 to $200,000. His reputation quickly grew. As a result he was given an opportunity to take on larger custom home projects. Reginald worked in conjunction with the architects and homeowners from design and site location through to final home occupancy. These custom projects ranged from $300,000 to $500,000. 

Reginald earned his bachelor’s degree from Park University receiving a diploma in Management Accounting. He has passed the International Code Council, Missouri (Kansas City) Residential Building Contractor exam and holds a Residential Contractor’s license in multiple cities in the metro-area. 

Through his research he’s learned of the underserved population consisting of millennials looking to reside in revitalized urban neighborhoods. He is interested in building both single family and multi-family homes in the Kansas City metro area in addition to providing single family homes to families in suburban communities. 

He is versatile in working with the various local municipalities as he has built homes in; Blue Springs, Greenwood, Lee’s Summit and Peculiar Missouri.  After being part of the industry for such a long time, Reginald has plenty of experience with the design and construction process and enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients!
