Mr. Reginald Wilmore founded his construction company, Wilmore Custom Homes, in 2003 to supply Missouri with custom homes after being dissatisfied with the quality of his own newly purchased home.
Over the next seven years, Mr. Wilmore focused on building single-family homes in communities like Dalinda Estates, Winterset Valley, and Shadow Glenn, combining innovative technologies, high-quality materials, and exceptional craftsmanship to create homes of outstanding value. His early success in spec homes priced between $180,000 and $200,000 led to larger custom projects ranging from $300,000 to $500,000, where he collaborated closely with architects and homeowners.
With a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from Park University and Residential Contractor licenses across the Kansas City metro area, Mr. Wilmore has a deep understanding of both construction and client needs.
